1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LUMA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
LUMA offers a personal, quiet space to upload, organize, and revisit your photographs. You may also choose to publish photographs to the shared Explore gallery.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant LUMA a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content you provide. When you take or upload a photograph on mobile, we may capture where it was taken — reading GPS from the photo or from a device location prompt you approve — and store it to show your photographs on a map. Location data is only used within your private gallery and is never published to Explore.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes on others' rights, or is otherwise inappropriate for a shared gallery. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Termination
You may stop using LUMA at any time and delete your content from your gallery. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
LUMA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the last-updated date below, and continued use of LUMA constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
